In Ngoc Ha ward (Hanoi), there are currently 3 key projects including: Digging ditches and building a road from the turnaround to Nui Truc street to Son Tay street; building Lieu Giai - Nui Truc road section from La Thanh hotel to Nui Truc intersection (phase 2); completing and connecting technical infrastructure of the 7.2ha Vinh Phuc area.
Ngoc Ha Ward People's Committee said that the project to culvert the ditch and build the road from the turnaround to Nui Truc street to Son Tay street has a total of 202 plans, and has approved 171/202 plans.
There are 100 plans that have handed over land (of which 95 plans have received compensation and support money; 4 plans have not received compensation and support money; 1 plan has not been approved).
The ward has reviewed and selected plans that meet the conditions for implementing coercion; at the same time, organized propaganda and mobilization of 17 households before issuing land recovery coercion decisions.
After propaganda and mobilization, 14/17 households complied with handing over the land; the ward issued 3 land recovery coercive decisions for 3 households that did not comply with handing over the land. After implementing the land recovery coercive decision, propaganda and mobilization were organized for 3 households to comply with handing over the land (not to organize coercion).
The Lieu Giai - Nui Truc road construction project from La Thanh Hotel to Nui Truc intersection (phase 2) has a total of 93 plans, with 88/93 plans approved.
Currently, 67 plans have handed over land (of which 65 plans have received compensation and support money; 2 plans have not received compensation and support money).
The locality has held a meeting to review and select plans that meet the conditions for implementing coercion; at the same time, organized propaganda and mobilization of 7 households before issuing land recovery coercion decisions.
After the working group organized propaganda and mobilization, 1 household complied with the handover of land. At the same time, the ward issued 6 decisions on coercive land recovery for 6 households that did not comply with the handover of land. After implementing the decision on coercive land recovery, organized propaganda and mobilization, 6 households complied with the handover of land (not subject to coercive organization).
For the above 2 projects, the Ward People's Committee proposed that the Hanoi Traffic Construction Investment Project Management Board (the investor) demolish the works that have been handed over and immediately organize construction for the clean ground, it is expected that before January 17, 2026, the route will be basically cleared and road construction will be completed in the second quarter of 2026.
For unapproved plans, the Ward People's Committee directs specialized units to inspect and review and plan to complete approval in the second quarter of 2026.
Notably, the project to complete and connect technical infrastructure of the 7.2ha Vinh Phuc area has an investment scale to build technical infrastructure of items that have not yet been implemented on 3 sections of roads 17.5m, 13.5m, 11.5m with a total length of roads of about 400m, ensuring synchronous connection with the current state of technical infrastructure of the 7.2ha area with Buoi street that has been approved by the Hanoi People's Committee.
Ngoc Ha Ward People's Committee said that so far 90 households and 2 organizations have complied with site handover, reaching a rate of 100%. The project is under construction, expected to be completed before the Binh Ngo Lunar New Year.
