On February 20, Ms. Tran Thi Huong - Vice President of the Khanh Hoa Provincial Labor Federation, Head of the Industrial Park Trade Union, said that this year's Tet care program focuses on union members and workers in particularly difficult circumstances.
In which, priority is given to workers who suffer from labor accidents, occupational diseases, critical illnesses, or do not have housing and have to rent rooms, or are heavily damaged by natural disasters.
Right before the New Year, the Trade Union Committee of the Industrial Park coordinated with trade union levels to organize a simultaneous gift-giving ceremony for workers.

Out of a total of 2,850 gifts, 150 workers in particularly difficult circumstances received gifts from Party and State leaders, each worth 2.3 million VND.
In addition, 100 union members who were heavily damaged in the recent floods were supported by the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, each worth 1.3 million VND; 2,600 union members in difficult circumstances received gifts from the Provincial Labor Federation.
The Trade Union Board of the Industrial Park also mobilized an additional 500 gifts, each gift from 250,000 - 300,000 VND, handed directly to workers at affiliated grassroots trade unions.
At Innoflow NT Co., Ltd., more than 500 union members in difficult circumstances have received Tet gifts from the support source of the superior trade union.

Ms. Nguyen Thi Kim Hoa - a worker in the embroidery department shared that 1 million VND in support is a great source of encouragement, helping her family prepare for Tet more neatly.
According to the company's leaders, in 2025, the enterprise will ensure jobs for more than 5,200 workers, with an average income of over 7.6 million VND/person/month. On New Year's Day, each worker will receive a bonus of 500,000 VND; Lunar New Year bonuses range from 4.05 to 12.6 million VND/person. Workers take Tet holiday from February 15 to February 22.
Also receiving a support of 1 million VND, Mr. Le Thanh Nhan - warehouse worker of Rapexco - Dai Nam Co., Ltd. MTV said that this amount of money helped him buy more new clothes for his daughter who is in 10th grade.
With a salary of more than 6 million VND/month, he alone both takes care of his children and supports his mother-in-law, so the support from the union is very encouraging.

Not only stopping at giving gifts, trade unions at all levels also closely monitor 75 grassroots trade unions with nearly 30,000 workers in the province to grasp the situation of implementing salary and bonus policies before and after Tet. Timely coordination in solving arising problems has contributed to stabilizing labor relations.
According to Ms. Tran Thi Huong, spring 2026 marks a shift in the trade union operating model, strongly focusing on grassroots levels, and paying more practical attention to union members.
The Industrial Park Trade Union Board will continue to promote the development of union members and establish grassroots trade unions at enterprises without trade union organizations. It is expected to organize survey teams at 12 enterprises in Suoi Dau Industrial Park, Dien Phu Industrial Cluster and Thanh Hai Industrial Park.
Tet gifts of gratitude not only contribute to helping workers have more conditions to welcome a full spring, but also affirm the role of companionship and reliable support of the trade union organization for workers.
