The Chairman of the Trade Union is passionate about creativity
For nearly 10 years as Chairman of the Trade Union of Padmac Vietnam Co., Ltd. (Bao Minh Industrial Park, Ninh Binh Province), Mr. Nguyen Manh Toan has done a good job of playing a good role and responsibility in caring for and protecting the legitimate and legal rights and interests of union members and employees, contributing to the development of production and business of the enterprise.
Not only is he passionate about Trade Union activities, he is also one of the typical workers with many initiatives and experience in production labor.
From 2018 to present, he has had 4 outstanding initiatives, bringing many benefits to businesses such as: The "Taking the mark instead of the embroidery frame" initiative has benefited the Company with more than 262 million VND, was awarded the Certificate of "Creative Labor" by the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor in 2019; The " implementation of commodity codes on the production line" initiative has benefited the Company with more than 56 million VND and was awarded a Certificate of Merit by the Prime Minister in 2020.
The initiative "Propaganda of 2 product codes at the same time on the production line" has benefited the Company with more than 70 million VND and was awarded a Certificate of Merit by the Provincial People's Committee in 2021.
In particular, in 2023, with the "Using colored flying pens to mark thin goods" initiative requiring high technical requirements of computer embroidery machines, which has benefited the Company nearly 80 million VND/year, Mr. Nguyen Manh Toan was honored at the Nguyen Duc Canh Award Ceremony organized by the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor in July 2023.
Mr. Toan said that as the Head of the Technical Team, it is very important to propose improvement ideas and initiatives to reduce effort, save costs and save time.
"From my personal experience, I have researched, researched and always tried to come up with my ideas for improvement to apply in practice to improve labor productivity and save costs for the Company" - Mr. Toan shared.
Proud to be in the ranks of the Party
After nearly 15 years of working with Sumi Vietnam Cable systems Co., Ltd. (Dong Van II Industrial Park, Ninh Binh Province), Mr. Nguyen Van Dong said that from a self- parts cutter and packaging worker, with his efforts to affirm his capacity with many initiatives and improvements in labor and production, he has been trusted to be promoted to the position of PK Management Team Leader of the C&C department, then to Head of Automatic Machinery Production Management Team and currently the Head of KAIZEN Group.
Mr. Nguyen Van Dong shared that the most honored and proud thing for him is to be in the ranks of the Party.
As a Party member and union member, he always upholds his sense of responsibility in building and developing the Trade Union organization, actively participates in collective activities, and contributes to strengthening the bond between employees in the company.
"I myself always explore, research, and work with my colleagues to propose solutions, improvements, and initiatives to ensure occupational safety and hygiene, reduce production costs, protect the environment, and improve productivity and product quality" - Mr. Dong shared.
From 2019 to present, he has had many initiatives applied by the company to actual production, contributing to increasing the Company's production plan and being especially rewarded by the Group for innovation activities.
His contributions have been recognized by authorities at all levels, trade unions and enterprises. For many consecutive years, he has achieved the title of Party member for completing his tasks excellently.
In particular, he was honored to receive a Certificate of Merit from the General Confederation of Labor for being an outstanding member of the Party on the occasion of the 95th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of Vietnam; a Certificate of Merit from the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee for having outstanding achievements in studying and following the moral example of Ho Chi Minh in 2014; Certificate of Merit from the Provincial Federation of Labor for having outstanding achievements in the emulation movement "Good workers and building a strong Trade Union organization in 2018...
In the period of 2020 - 2025, more than 43,000 technical innovation and production rationalization initiatives of workers in Ninh Binh province will be applied to production and work, with a value of hundreds of billions of VND. Of which, 385 initiatives were recognized as provincial-level initiatives; 172 outstanding individuals were awarded the Creative Labor Certificate by the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor and the Provincial People's Committee awarded Certificates of Merit.
