Of which, 7 billion 389 million VND is drawn from 3 funding sources: Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, Provincial Federation of Labor, District and Industry Trade Unions. The remaining 30 billion VND is drawn from the budget of grassroots trade unions and socialized from enterprises and organizations.
