On April 26, Ward 12 Police, District 10 (HCMC) are investigating the cause of a person's death in Van Hanh Mall Shopping Center.
Initial information, around noon of the same day, many people came to Van Hanh Mall on Su Van Hanh Street, Ward 12 to have fun and shop. After that, they heard a loud noise in the shoe selling area on the ground floor of the center.
Security guards and people then ran over and discovered a dead person, next to blood clots. Ward 12 police and medical staff then arrived at the scene to investigate the cause.

Witness at the scene said that this person left a small piece of paper before jumping down.
Responding to Lao Dong, a representative of the People's Committee of Ward 12, District 10, Ho Chi Minh City confirmed the incident of a young man falling from a high floor and dying at Van Hanh Mall Shopping Center.
Accordingly, a representative of Ward 12 People's Committee said that the incident occurred at 10:30 a.m. on April 26. After that, the ward authorities received a report from local residents about someone committing suicide by jumping off a stairs at Van Hanh Mall Shopping Center, so they quickly went to the scene. Here, the authorities recorded a young man dead in the lobby of a shopping mall.
Through reviewing the center's camera system and video clips provided by local residents, a young man was initially recorded dancing from the 7th floor railing to the center's lobby. The male victim, born in 2002, resides in Phan Thiet City, Binh Thuan Province.
Currently, the authorities are carrying out the necessary legal procedures to clarify the cause of the incident.
Previously, on March 17 and April 9, a teenager born in 2010 and a man born in 1993 also fell to the ground and died at Van Hanh Mall, suspected of committing suicide by jumping off the ground.
