The political and ideological situation in the unit is stable; awareness, responsibility, sense of law compliance and discipline of union members and workers are improved.
The trade union has taken good care of the lives, jobs, income, and rights of workers; promoted emulation movements such as "Good workers, creative workers", "Innovation, creativity, and efficiency in trade union activities", "3 no", "Green, clean, beautiful, ensuring occupational safety and hygiene" ... bringing practical results, contributing to helping the unit excellently complete assigned tasks.
The Congress determined the direction, goals, tasks and solutions for the new term, focusing on continuing to thoroughly grasp and effectively implement resolutions and directives of superiors; caring for and fostering union members and workers for comprehensive development; innovating the content and methods of union activities in the direction of taking union members and workers as the center. Organize emulation movements well in conjunction with studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style; build a strong grassroots trade union, contributing to building a clean party organization, a comprehensively strong unit "Exemplary, exemplary".
The Congress set a number of specific targets for the 2025-2030 term: 100% of cadres and union members have strong political will and good moral qualities; have at least 2 topics and 40 technical innovation initiatives each year; 80% of union members complete their tasks well or better; 80% of union groups complete their tasks well and excellently; train and introduce at least 15 outstanding union members to join the Party each year.
With a democratic and responsible spirit, the Congress elected the Executive Committee of the Company's Trade Union for the 2025-2030 term, consisting of 7 comrades; elected 1 delegate to the Congress of the Military Trade Union; appointed 14 delegates to the 19th Conference of the Army Trade Union for the 2025-2030 period. Comrade Nguyen Dang Hieu, Deputy Director of the Company, was elected to hold the position of Chairman of the Company's Trade Union of 35.
