The lowest Lunar New Year bonus is 500,000 VND/person (working time from December 15, 2024 - January 14, 2025).
Bonus levels increase gradually from 15%, 25%, 35%... to 135% depending on the employee's time working at the company.
The highest Lunar New Year bonus in 2025 at TKG Taekwang Vina Joint Stock Company is 150% equivalent to a coefficient of 1.5 months' salary/person, applied to employees working before January 15, 2024.
The bonus level includes the new base salary and production support allowance effective from January 1, 2025.
Bonuses will be phased out for shorter-term employees. Bonuses will be paid to employees on January 16, 2025.
Regarding the 2025 salary increase, although the Government has not yet issued a Decree on adjusting the minimum wage, to share the difficulties with workers, the company will increase the salary in advance by 100,000 VND/person.
In addition, the basic salary will increase by 4% annually when employees are due for a salary increase in 2025.
Regarding Lunar New Year holiday, the holiday period is 8 days, from January 27, 2025 to February 3, 2025.
1 day off for New Year's Day and all employees will receive a New Year's bonus of 200,000 VND/person (an increase of 100,000 VND compared to 2024).
