    On October 9, the Trade Union of Chang Shin Vietnam Co., Ltd. said that the company is recruiting 270 workers to work in the sole area (sole painting stage) - at the factory in Thanh Phu Industrial Park, Vinh Cuu District.

    After being recruited, employees will sign an official labor contract, work in a friendly environment and have many benefits for employees.

    Total income per person is about 7.8 million VND/month, not including overtime and shift allowance.

    Chang Shin Vietnam Co., Ltd. is a company specializing in processing leather shoes for export to Nike Group.

    Currently in Dong Nai province, the company has 3 factories in Thanh Phu Industrial Park (Vinh Cuu district), Loc An - Binh Son Industrial Park (Long Thanh district) and Tan Phu Industrial Park (Tan Phu district), with a total workforce of more than 42,000 people.

    Chang Shin Vietnam Co., Ltd. has about 99% of its employees being union members, and the company's employees have a stable income.

    Currently, the company's grassroots union is taking all of the company's more than 42,000 workers in 3 factories on a trip to Da Lat (Lam Dong province).
