At the ceremony held in Bac Chu Lai Industrial Park (Nui Thanh commune), the Trade Union Committee of Southern Industrial Parks officially launched the Provisional Trade Union Executive Committee of Aurio Greenery Decor Co., Ltd. This is a business specializing in producing Christmas trees and decorative LED lights, currently in the process of completing workshops and installing machinery.
The establishment of the Trade Union organization when the enterprise was just established (June 20, 2025) and preparing to go into production - shows the proactiveness in union member development of the Da Nang City Labor Federation. It is expected that as soon as it officially operates, this unit will admit about 150 more union members. This is also the first grassroots trade union in 2026 established in the southern Da Nang area.
Speaking at the ceremony, representatives of the Da Nang City Labor Federation emphasized that the Trade Union organization is an important bridge to build harmonious, stable and progressive labor relations.
Leaders of the City Labor Federation proposed that the newly established grassroots Trade Union Executive Committee should immediately start working on: Building operating regulations and assigning specific tasks; propagating the Vietnam Trade Union Charter to each worker; proactively coordinating with the Board of Directors to build welfare programs, taking care of material and spiritual life.
The launch of the grassroots trade union not only helps workers feel secure in production but also accompanies businesses in organizing emulation movements, contributing to bringing LED lights and Christmas trees products to the international market.
