Shoe company in Dong Nai takes more than 1,300 workers to Nha Trang beach tourist

On September 19, the grassroots Trade Union of Chang Shin Vietnam Co., Ltd. took 1,324 workers on a 3-day 2-night trip to Nha Trang beach (Khanh Hoa province).

According to the schedule, the company's trade union will organize for employees to participate in activities such as: swimming, mini games, lucky draws, sea-crossing cable car experience...

This is an annual welfare program implemented by the trade union for all company workers with a number of about 42,000 people. The cost for a worker or employee on a Nha Trang sea trip is about 2.2 million VND/person.

Mr. Dang Tuan Tu - Chairman of the grassroots Trade Union of Chang Shin Vietnam Co., Ltd. said: After this first phase, phase 2 will start from September 25-27 with a number of 1,423 registered people. In 2026, the company's trade union will organize a total of 9 phases, bringing 13,152 union members and workers to travel to Nha Trang beach. After that, the trade union will continue to organize phases in 2027 and 2028. It is expected that the trade union will complete the sending of all 42,000 workers to travel to Nha Trang in 3 years.

Chang Shin Vietnam Co., Ltd. has more than 42,000 employees, of which more than 99.9% of employees are trade union members. The average income in 2025 of employees is nearly 12 million VND/month.
