The above activities are organized by the Van Mieu - Quoc Tu Giam Ward Trade Union in the spirit of "Proactive - Grasping - Timely - Effective". This is an innovative approach when the Ward Trade Union takes advantage of information technology to widely communicate about the activities on the big holiday. Through this, not only trade union officials grasp the activities to deploy them in a timely manner at the unit, but also employees understand more about the Trade Union organization.
This approach has also made an important contribution to the Van Mieu - Quoc Tu Giam Ward Trade Union soon completing the target of developing union members and establishing grassroots trade unions. As of August 6, the Van Mieu - Quoc Tu Giam Ward Trade Union has established a total of 21 grassroots trade unions, reaching 525% of the target for 2026. The total number of newly admitted union members is 1090, reaching 121% of the plan.
It is worth noting that after nearly 1 year of establishment and operation, the Van Mieu - Quoc Tu Giam Ward Trade Union has developed remarkably, from 29 grassroots trade unions with 2,400 union members. To date, there are 50 grassroots trade unions with over 3,500 union members. This has proven the efforts of the Van Mieu - Quoc Tu Giam Ward Trade Union in developing union members and establishing grassroots trade unions. In which, there is a very important factor of innovating the method of caring for union members and workers, meeting their needs.
