On January 6, the grassroots trade union (CDCS) of Cua Y A Chau Technology Co., Ltd. (Tan Hiep ward, Ho Chi Minh City) said that the enterprise has issued a notice adjusting salary increases for all workers in the company.
Accordingly, from January 2026, A Chau Door Technology Co., Ltd. officially adjusts the basic salary to increase by an additional 250,000 VND for all employees. The basic salary level is from 5.55 million VND/month to 5.8 million VND/month.
According to Asia Door Technology Co., Ltd., in the past time, the company has faced many difficulties due to the world situation. The business has set out many solutions to get orders, maintain operations and develop sustainably.
Through this salary increase adjustment, the company hopes that employees will continue to coordinate, uphold the spirit of responsibility and improved awareness. In addition, limit waste and damage, save costs in production and operation, optimize working time, and improve work efficiency.

On average, workers working at the company have an income of 8-14 million VND/month. The company regularly has bonuses to encourage and motivate workers. In addition, the company and the trade union implement many welfare programs for union members. Currently, the unit is urgently preparing to take care of Tet for union members and workers.
