Leading the group is the group of LLCs in which the State holds 100% of charter capital with an average salary of 13,832 million VND.
The average salary of a company with shares and capital contributed by the State is 13.313 million VND; the average salary of a private enterprise is 11.847 million VND and the average salary of a foreign-invested enterprise is 12.80 million VND.
For New Year's bonus, 196/241 enterprises have plans to give bonuses with an average of 1.824 million VND/person. Limited liability companies with 100% state capital have an average bonus of 3.722 million VND/person, of which the highest is 31 million VND/person and the lowest is 500,000 VND/person.
Companies with shares and capital contributions controlled by the State have the highest bonus of 25 million VND/person and the lowest bonus of 500,000 VND/person.
Private enterprises give the highest bonus of 168 million VND/person and the lowest of 500,000 VND/person.
Foreign-invested enterprises have the lowest average bonus at VND730,000/person. Of which, the highest is VND46 million/person and the lowest is VND500,000/person.
Regarding the Lunar New Year bonus of At Ty 2025, 217/241 enterprises plan to reward employees with an average of 8.327 million VND/person, an increase compared to 2024 (in 2024, the average was nearly 7.7 million VND/person).
Foreign-invested enterprises continue to be the group with the highest Tet bonus of 400 million VND, which is also the highest Tet bonus recorded in Khanh Hoa in the past 5 years. However, this is also the group with the lowest average bonus of more than 6.1 million VND/person.
This is also the first year that the private enterprise sector recorded the highest Lunar New Year bonus of 394 million VND/person.
The average bonus level is leading in the group of companies with shares and capital contributions controlled by the State with more than 14 million VND/person. Of which, the highest is more than 85.7 million VND/person and the lowest is 1 million VND/person.
The average bonus of a limited liability company with 100% state capital is over 13.1 million VND/person, the highest is 106 million VND/person and the lowest is 1 million VND/person.
