On January 24, Song Ba Ha Hydropower Joint Stock Company (Song Ba Ha Company) coordinated with local authorities to hand over and give money to support the construction of a charity house to Mr. Phan Van Hiep's family (residing in Duc Binh Dong commune, Song Hinh district, Phu Yen province).
Mr. Hiep's family is near-poor, the family's economy is "short of money", so Mr. Hiep, his wife and two young children have had to live in a temporary, dilapidated house for many years.
With support of 50 million VND from Song Ba Ha Company to remove temporary housing, Mr. Hiep borrowed more money to build a new, spacious house, 75 square meters wide.
Excited to celebrate Tet in a new house, Mr. Hiep shared: "Thanks to the sponsorship of Song Ba Ha Company, my family has a new, solid, spacious and warm house to celebrate Tet. My family is very grateful to receive this practical support."
Mr. Nguyen Duc Phu - Deputy General Director of Song Ba Ha Company said that with the desire to join hands with authorities at all levels to implement the Program to support the elimination of temporary and dilapidated houses for people, recently, the company has coordinated with many agencies and units in the province to support funding to eliminate dozens of temporary houses in many localities.
In addition to supporting people with funds to demolish temporary houses, Song Ba Ha Company has organized Tet gift giving to many poor households and policy families in Son Hoa and Song Hinh districts on the occasion of the Lunar New Year 2025.
Song Ba Ha Company presented 420 gifts (worth VND 500,000/gift) to families in difficult circumstances and policy families in Suoi Trai commune (Son Hoa district), Ea Ba commune, Hai Rieng town (Song Hinh district) and Krong Nang commune (Krong Pa district, Gia Lai province).
Previously, Song Ba Ha Company also coordinated with Son Hoa district, Dong Hoa town and provincial agencies to present more than 400 Tet gifts to people in difficult circumstances, with a total cost of more than 200 million VND.
