During the 2023 - 2028 term (as of September 30, 2025), the Trade Union of My Phong Leather Shoes Company Limited has effectively promoted its role as a representative and protection of the legitimate and legal rights and interests of union members and workers. One of the highlights is the work of caring for and supporting workers' lives. The organization has presented gifts to 14,394 union members and employees, with a total cost of more than 4.7 billion VND; visited and supported more than 2,000 union members and employees who were volunteers, had long-term illnesses, and had serious illnesses, with a total cost of more than 894 million VND.
The activity of awarding scholarships for 3 consecutive years in the past term is one of the activities demonstrating TBS Group's commitment to the country's education cause. Contributing to the training of talented young generations, ready to contribute to the development of the country with a total budget of over 3.2 billion VND.
In addition, the Trade Union also coordinates with enterprises to inspect and monitor the working environment such as light, noise, dust, temperature, humidity and frequency of air exchange, ensuring a clean and safe workplace, limiting work accidents. In particular, the Trade Union has proposed and conducted periodic health check-ups for more than 13,000 workers, helping workers feel secure in sticking with the enterprise for a long time. Women's work has received attention, organized many practical activities, attracting the participation of union members. Through emulation movements, the grassroots trade union has proposed that the Provincial Federation of Labor reward 69 cases and award grassroots certificates of merit to 226 cadres and union members with outstanding achievements in trade union activities.
Maintaining 100% of stable jobs, improving union members' lives
Entering the 2025 - 2030 term, the Trade Union of My Phong Leather Shoes Company Limited has identified the key goal of maintaining 100% stable jobs, continuing to improve income and quality of life for union members and workers, implementing the motto "Solidarity - Democracy - Discipline - Innovation - Development".
In the new term, the grassroots trade union will continue to promote propaganda and legal education, improve political awareness and skills for union members, and meet development requirements in the period of industrialization and modernization. Emulation movements such as "Good workers, Creative workers" will be widely implemented, associated with promoting initiatives and technical improvements to improve labor productivity. The union also focuses on maintaining welfare programs, supporting union members in difficult circumstances, mobilizing the construction of "Union Shelter", organizing cultural and sports activities, creating a friendly working environment, and being close to businesses.
In the coming term, the Executive Board of the Trade Union and the enterprise aim to focus on harmonizing the interests of employees and the sustainable development of the enterprise. Protect and enhance the legitimate and legal rights of workers, accompany enterprises, build a strong Trade Union organization and promote production and business.
