On November 6, Mr. Tran Ngoc Phuc - Chairman of the Mui Ne Ward Trade Union (Lam Dong Province) said that the Huynh Gia Huy Joint Stock Company's Trade Union held its 1st Congress for the 2025 - 2030 term.
As a business operating in the resort sector, the grassroots union currently has 589 union members, divided into 8 union groups.
In recent times, grassroots trade unions have truly become a common home for workers, where each union member is shared, listened to and cared for through specific actions.

In particular, more than 2.1 billion VND per year is spent on activities to care for the material and spiritual lives of union members, such as tourism organizations, cultural and sports activities and holidays and Tet.
In addition, the Union also carries out many other meaningful activities such as giving scholarships to encourage learning for union members' children, celebrating birthdays, giving welfare gifts, supporting union members in difficulty and rewarding outstanding individuals.
Ms. Nguyen Thi Ly - Chairwoman of the grassroots Trade Union shared: "Every gift, every program, every care carries a message of sharing, so that everyone can feel the concern of the grassroots trade union".

Evaluating the unit's activities, Mr. Tran Ngoc Phuc said: "This is a grassroots union with a large number of union members, organizing many practical activities and taking good care of workers.
The Executive Committee demonstrates a high sense of responsibility in protecting the legitimate and legal rights and interests of union members, helping them feel secure in sticking with the enterprise.
Thanks to the support of the trade union, the enterprise maintains a stable workforce, arranges jobs in accordance with qualifications and skills, and focuses on training and improving workers' skills, contributing to building quality human resources.
At the Congress, delegates elected the new Executive Committee, with Ms. Nguyen Thi Ly continuing to be trusted to hold the position of Chairwoman of the grassroots Trade Union.
The Congress also identified many key tasks for the new term, emphasizing trade union welfare programs, improving the quality of meals, working conditions and spiritual life for workers.
