Tien Giang - On the afternoon of October 2, the National Assembly Delegation of Tien Giang province met with voters who are trade union officials and workers.

Voter Pham Tan Thanh - Chairman of the Trade Union of SD Company Limited (My Tho City, Tien Giang Province) - proposed to amend the regulation in Clause 2, Article 86, draft of the Law on Social Insurance in the direction that the Social Insurance agency is responsible for deducting enough from the Social Insurance Fund for employees to enjoy the regime as soon as possible, or deducting from the Unemployment Insurance Fund. After that, the Social Insurance is responsible for recovering the amount of late payment, evasion of payment to return to the Social Insurance Fund, and should not increase the responsibility of the employees.

Speaking at the conference, Mr. Nguyen Hoang Mai - Vice Chairman of the Social Committee of the 15th National Assembly - acknowledged and accepted the opinions and recommendations of voters regarding the amendment of the Law on Employment and the Law on Social Insurance. At the same time, the National Assembly Delegation of Tien Giang province will reflect the opinions and recommendations of voters to the National Assembly.
