The contest received deep attention from leaders at all levels and especially enthusiastic response from grassroots unions as well as the active and enthusiastic participation of 44 contestants from units in the district.
The judges have selected the 10 best contestants to enter the final round. The contestants took turns going through 3 main competitions: Ao Dai performance, talent competition and evening gown. Each competition is presented confidently, courageously, and attractively, showing serious investment, a spirit of openness and the desire to express themselves of the contestants.
Next, the Jury selected 5 excellent candidates to enter the behavioral round. In this round, the contestants demonstrated their sharp thinking ability, skillful communication skills and solid stage spirit.
At the end of the contest, contestant Nguyen Minh Phuong, from Vietnam Payment Solutions Joint Stock Company, won the crown of Miss Dong Da Trade Union in 2025
