The survey was conducted at the Long Bien District Labor Federation - the unit that proactively built digital transformation applications in operating grassroots union establishments and collecting union fees.
Accordingly, there are 4 stages to build the application, including: Stage 1, requirements analysis (1 - 2 months), collection of information of enterprises from the District Social Insurance; Determining detailed functional requirements. Phase 2: Design and develop software (2 - 3 months), program function modules; integrate security systems. Phase 3: Test and deploy (1 - 2 months), test run software with real-life situations; train users and deploy testing. Phase 4: Official operation, expansion and implementation throughout the district; periodic maintenance and upgrading.
The application also has the function of supporting the establishment of grassroots trade unions, managing the list of units that have not established trade unions such as creating a database for monitoring and urging; integrating reminders: Submitting documents notifying enterprises that have not established grassroots trade unions.
