After merging the Trade Union organizations of Da Nang and Quang Nam localities, the Da Nang City Labor Federation has 2 new committees: the Trade Union Working Committee and the Trade Union Committee of industrial parks.
Ms. Phan Thi Thuy Linh - President of the Da Nang City Labor Federation - requested the two newly established committees of the trade union, based on their functions, tasks and powers to advise on the working regulations of the Executive Committee and the Standing Committee of the City Labor Federation.
Request the two committees to urgently develop a key work program for the last 6 months of the year as well as solutions to successfully implement the targets assigned by the General Confederation and the City Party Committee since the beginning of the year.
Along with that, assign specific tasks to each cadre and implement the task in accordance with instructions, ensuring scientificity, without interrupting the activities of the trade union organization.
For the 24 newly established commune and ward trade unions, Ms. Phan Thi Thuy Linh requested to quickly develop a work program for the last 6 months of 2025.
At the same time, proactively coordinate with local Party committees, authorities and functional agencies in grasping the situation in the area; directly work with affiliated grassroots unions to grasp the situation of activities, improve connectivity, thereby developing activities in accordance with reality.
Propose that the team of commune and ward union officials continue to promote their own intelligence and rich practical experience, quickly adapt and improve the quality and efficiency of work. Thereby, effectively implementing the work of caring for and protecting the legitimate and legal rights and interests of union members and workers.
