Guiding and supporting grassroots trade unions in negotiating, signing and supervising the implementation of collective labor agreements and dialogues at the workplace; participating in giving comments on local policies related to labor, employment, social security, supervising the implementation of labor laws, trade unions, and policies of union members and workers.
