Da Nang - Thanh Khe Ward Trade Union organizes the launch of 6 grassroots trade unions of non-state enterprises.

On July 4, according to the Da Nang City Labor Federation, Thanh Khe Ward Trade Union organized a conference to announce the decision to establish and launch the Executive Committee of new grassroots trade unions in the area. This is one of the key activities to expand the network of organizations and protect the rights of workers in non-state-owned enterprises.

At the conference, Thanh Khe Ward Trade Union officially announced the decision to establish grassroots trade unions at units including 360 Energy Consulting and Application Co., Ltd., GCM Joint Stock Company, Con Ca Heo Maritime and Aviation Services Joint Stock Company in Da Nang, Zauberberg Lab Co., Ltd., Danacontrol Inspection and Testing Joint Stock Company, and Ledxanh Da Nang Co., Ltd. At the same time, the Provisional Executive Committee of these grassroots trade unions was also officially launched and put into operation.

The event of admitting 89 new union members to the Vietnam Trade Union organization raised the total number of newly established grassroots trade unions from the beginning of 2026 in Thanh Khe ward to 20 units, with a total of 454 union members participating in activities.

Speaking at the conference, leaders of Thanh Khe Ward Trade Union emphasized that expanding trade union organizations in enterprises is an important solution to improve the rate of labor mobilization. When put into operation, grassroots trade unions will be a bridge to help union members be cared for, represented and protected their legitimate and lawful rights and interests. The coordination between the trade union executive committee and the board of directors of enterprises is also expected to build harmonious, stable and progressive labor relations.
