On February 23, in Sa Dec City, the Party Cell of the Sa Dec Industrial Park Trade Union Office (Partlet No. 4) under the grassroots Party Committee of the Dong Thap Provincial Labor Federation, held the 6th Party Congress, term 2025-2027. Ms. Huynh Thi Tuyet Vui - Party Committee Secretary, President of the Dong Thap Provincial Labor Federation attended and gave a speech.
The political report submitted to the Congress shows that in the 2022-2025 term, through regularly diversifying forms and improving the quality of monthly activities, combined with always closely following the regulations, regulations, Party Charter and instructions of the superior Party Committee, the Party Cell has created many good practices and effective jobs... Thereby, not only completing the set political targets and tasks, but also creating many proud achievements.
In particular, the leadership of Trade Union activities promotes its role as the core to mobilize workers in performing the tasks assigned by agencies and enterprises. Notably, it persuaded business leaders to coordinate with the Trade Union to organize the "Union Meal" and "Thank You to Workers" Programs at 20 locations for over 14,706 union members and workers with a total budget of over 500 million VND.
Organize the program "Creating samples and cutting hair for free" to celebrate the 95th anniversary of the founding of the Vietnam Trade Union on July 28 for workers in industrial parks; Follow Uncle Ho's workshop, by saving on raising pigs from the International Fund to take care of Party members; during the Party Cell term, the Party Cell visited 9 Party members, each worth 300,000 VND.
The Congress determined that in the 2025-2027 term, strive to complete 7 groups of targets, including: each year being assessed as "Completing tasks well", during the term having 1 year of Party cell "Completing tasks excellently"; Strive to have 100% of Party members "Completing tasks well" every year, including Party members "Completing tasks excellently".
Speaking at the Congress, Ms. Huynh Thi Tuyet Vui highly appreciated the efforts that the Party Cell No. 4 has achieved in the past time and hoped that the Congress would widely elect leaders with full moral qualities and capacity to continue leading the Party Cell to reap new achievements in the new term.
The Congress is just the beginning of a new journey, the socio-economic situation requires the Vietnam Trade Union in general, Dong Thap Trade Union in particular, to strongly innovate in methods and content of activities to attract a large number of union members and workers to participate in the Trade Union organization. The Congress must always accompany businesses, promptly remove difficulties and obstacles, support businesses to overcome labor shortages, to ensure orders, contribute to supporting businesses to produce and do business stably, ensure income for union members and workers to create trust from business owners - Ms. Vui emphasized.
Therefore, Ms. Vui suggested that the Party Cell Committee soon complete the procedures to quickly implement the Congress Resolution. Mr. Nguyen Thanh Nhan and Ms. To Ngoc Thao were re-elected as Secretary and Deputy Secretary of Party Cell No. 4 for the 2025-2027 term.
