Attending and directing the congress were Lieutenant Colonel Tong Bang Giang - Head of the Ho Chi Minh City Police Union; Lieutenant Colonel Ta Duc Hao - Party Cell Secretary, General Director of Company 990 along with Party committees, commanders of affiliated units and 59 union members in the entire unit.

The Congress also seriously evaluated the results of the implementation of the resolution for the 2020-2025 period, frankly pointing out limitations, setting out directions, goals, tasks, and key solutions for the 2025-2030 term with the spirit of "Solidarity - Democracy - Discipline - Innovation - Development".
With a high sense of democracy and responsibility, the congress elected the Executive Committee of the 990 Company's Trade Union for the 2025-2030 term, consisting of 5 outstanding comrades in quality, capacity, and prestige, representing the will and aspirations of union members and workers. The Congress also elected a delegation to attend the 8th Ho Chi Minh City Police Union Congress, term 2025 - 2030, including 18 comrades. Comrade Tran Thi Mai was elected as Chairwoman of the 999 Company's Trade Union, term 2025 - 2030; Co-rduc Tri was re-elected as Vice Chairman of the Trade Union, term 2025 - 2030.
