On September 29, at Dak Lak Provincial Police, the People's Public Security Trade Union organized a training conference to update knowledge and skills for key union officials in 2025.
The event is part of the 2025 work program, the plan of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor on organizing trade union congresses at all levels, towards the 14th Vietnam Trade Union Congress, term 2026 - 2031.

Attending the conference were Lieutenant Colonel Cong Thanh Thao - Head of the People's Public Security Trade Union; Colonel Tran Quang Hieu - Deputy Director of Dak Lak Provincial Police; Ms. Nguyen Ngoc Huyen - Vice President of Dak Lak Provincial Labor Federation...
During the 2 days, delegates were equipped with many important contents, including: Training on the revised and supplemented Trade Union Law in 2025; the relationship between Vietnam Trade Union and International Trade Union; some issues on worker security; topic " work on organizing trade union congresses at all levels in the police force" and topic " application of artificial intelligence (AI) in trade union work".

Thereby, trade union officials have updated their knowledge and new skills, meeting the requirements of innovating methods of operation, improving the effectiveness of trade union work, preparing for trade union congresses at all levels, towards the 14th Congress of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor.
Within the framework of the program, the People's Public Security Trade Union and the Dak Lak Provincial Labor Federation signed a coordination regulation in trade union activities, aiming to strengthen the close relationship and coordination between the two sides; at the same time, consolidate and replicate advanced models and typical examples in the "For National Security" movement.

The program also rewards and commends collectives and individuals with outstanding achievements in crime prevention and control, especially in coordinating the fight against crime in the field of labor and trade unions.
