This is the first grassroots union congress under the Yen Bai ward union and is also the first unit in Lao Cai province to organize a new term congress.

Speaking at the Congress, Mr. Tran Quoc Toan - Chairman of the Yen Bai Ward Trade Union praised the achievements of the Dai An Company's Trade Union.
At the same time, it is recommended that in the coming term, trade unions continue to innovate the content and methods of operation; focus on propaganda, care for workers' lives; effectively implement dialogue and collective bargaining.
Build harmonious, stable and progressive labor relations; coordinate with enterprises to promote the patriotic emulation movement, contributing to the implementation of the goal of "Enterprises are prosperous, Lao Cai develops".
The Congress elected the Executive Committee of the 4th term, term 2025-2030, who are exemplary cadres in quality, capacity, prestige in the collective, capable of leading trade union activities in the new period.
