Accordingly, the elected Presidium consists of 7 members, the Secretariat consists of 2 members and the Delegation Committee consists of 5 members. The Congress also heard a report on the results of the review of the status of delegates attending the Congress.
At the Congress, representatives of the Ninh Binh Provincial Federation of Labor presented the Review Report of the Executive Committee and the Standing Committee of the Provincial Federation of Labor for the 2023 - 2028 term and the Report on synthesizing comments on the draft Charter of the Vietnam Trade Union (amended and supplemented).
The Congress also divided the groups to discuss the contents of the draft amendments and supplements to the 13th Congress of the Vietnam Trade Union; Documents of the 14th Congress of the Vietnam Trade Union, term 2026 - 2031; Documents of the 1st Congress of the Ninh Binh Provincial Trade Union, term 2025 - 2030...
With the motto: "Solidarity - Democracy - Discipline - Innovation - Development", the 1st Provincial Trade Union Congress, term 2025 - 2030, will officially open tomorrow morning (December 19). The Congress was attended by 216 invited delegates and 399 official delegates representing over 358,000 union members, workers, civil servants and laborers in the province.
