On November 7, the Ha Tinh Provincial Labor Federation announced that the grassroots Trade Union of the Center for Clean Water and Rural Environmental Sanitation organized the Congress for the 2025-2030 term with the participation of comrade Ngo Dinh Van - Vice President of the Ha Tinh Provincial Labor Federation; comrade Nguyen Duc Thach - Member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Labor Federation, Head of the Center's grassroots Trade Union Cluster; Board of Directors of the unit and all union members and workers.
During the past term, the Central Trade Union has promoted its role as a representative, protecting the legitimate and legal rights and interests of workers; the material and spiritual life of union members has been increasingly improved. Emulation movements such as "Good workers, creative workers", "Workers' Month", "Tet Sum Vay" are maintained regularly, creating a vibrant competitive atmosphere throughout the unit.
The union also focuses on fully implementing policies on social insurance, health insurance, and unemployment insurance; organizing many activities to visit and support union members in difficult circumstances. With the achieved results, the Center has been awarded a Certificate of Merit by the Provincial People's Committee in 2022, many collectives and individuals have been commended at all levels.
Speaking at the Congress, Comrade Ngo Dinh Van acknowledged and praised the achieved results, and at the same time suggested that the Trade Union continue to innovate the content and methods of operation, and better care for the lives of union members. The Congress elected the Executive Committee of the 10th term, 2025 - 2030, including 5 comrades and elected delegates to attend the 20th Congress of the Ha Tinh Provincial Trade Union.
The Congress is an important milestone, affirming the spirit of solidarity, creativity, and responsibility of the Center's union members in the new journey - for workers, for the sustainable development of the unit.
