On November 7, at the Central Party Headquarters, after reviewing the proposal of the Central Inspection Committee on disciplining violating party members, the Secretariat found that:
Individuals: Cao Tien Dung, former: Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Committee, Director of the Department of Planning and Investment of Dong Nai province; Nguyen Quoc Hung, former: Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Member of the Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the Dong Nai Provincial People's Committee; Nguyen Tan Chan, former member of the Provincial Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council, Deputy Secretary of the District Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Committee of Tay Hoa district, Phu Yen province (now Dak Lak province), have degraded in political ideology, ethics, and lifestyle; violated Party regulations and State laws in performing assigned duties and tasks; violated regulations on what Party members are not allowed to do and the responsibility to raise, causing serious consequences, causing serious negative consequences, affecting the public and public opinion of the Party organization and the unit.
Based on the content, nature, extent, consequences, and causes of the violation; based on the Party's regulations on disciplining violating Party members, the Secretariat decided to take disciplinary action to expel individuals: Cao Tien Dung, Nguyen Quoc Hung, Nguyen Tan Chan from the Party.
Propose that competent authorities promptly enforce administrative discipline in line with party discipline.
