    Vice Chairman of Hanoi People's Committee Duong Duc Tuan was assigned to run the work of the Hanoi People's Committee from November 8 until new instructions from the Central and City Party Committee.

    On November 7, Chairman of Hanoi People's Committee Tran Sy Thanh signed and issued Notice No. 1311/TB-UBND on the authorization to operate the work of the City People's Committee.

    Accordingly, Chairman of the Hanoi People's Committee Tran Sy Thanh assigned Mr. Duong Duc Tuan, Permanent Vice Chairman of the City People's Committee, on behalf of the Chairman of the City People's Committee, to lead and direct the implementation of the work of the City People's Committee from November 8, 2025 until new instructions from the Central and City Party Committee are given.

    Previously, at the 14th Conference, the 13th Party Central Committee elected Mr. Tran Sy Thanh to join the Central Inspection Committee and hold the position of Chairman of the 13th Central Inspection Committee.
