On October 27, the Phu My Commune Trade Union Congress, term I, 2025-2030, marked an important development step of the grassroots trade union organization (CDCS), affirming the role of trade unions for union members and workers.
At the Congress, Ms. Vo Bich Thao Vy - Member of the Executive Committee of the Gia Lai Provincial Federation of Labor (GFF) - announced the Decision to appoint the Executive Committee, Standing Committee, Inspection Committee (IC) and key positions of the Phu My Commune Trade Union, term I, 2025-2030.
Accordingly, Ms. Ho Ngoc Bich - Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Phu My Commune, Chairman of the Phu My Commune Trade Union, term 2023-2028 - was appointed to hold the position of Chairman of the Phu My Commune Trade Union, term 2025-2030.
The Executive Committee of the Commune Trade Union consists of 10 people; the Standing Committee of 2 people; the Inspection Committee of 3 people. Mr. Nguyen Dinh Hoang - Head of the Organization - Administration Department, Chairman of the Phu My Medical Center Trade Union - was appointed to hold the position of Head of the Inspection Committee; Deputy Head of the Inspection Committee is Nguyen Dang Khoa - Vice Chairman of the Phu My Public Service Management Board Trade Union.
Speaking at the Congress, Ms. Nguyen Thi Thanh Thuy - Vice President of the Gia Lai Provincial Federation of Labor - highly appreciated the activities of the Commune Union since its establishment. The commune trade union has quickly stabilized, effectively deployed work, operated the organization according to its authority, closely followed the leadership of the Party Committee and the Standing Committee of the Provincial Federation of Labor, achieving remarkable results in many fields.
Ms. Thuy emphasized that through monitoring the activities of the Commune Trade Union and listening to political reports and speeches of delegates at the Congress, she completely agreed with the assessment of the situation and results of the activities of the Commune Trade Union in recent times.
"I agree with the goals, directions and tasks for the 2025-2030 term set by the Congress. The commune trade union has flexibly and creatively concretized the resolutions of the Party, the higher-level trade unions as well as the political tasks of the locality," Ms. Thuy affirmed.
With the new spirit of the Congress, Ms. Thuy believes that in the coming term, the team of members, employees and the Commune Union will continue to promote the spirit of solidarity, overcome difficulties and successfully implement the Congress Resolution.
