The Congress is a political event of special significance for union members and workers; affirming the increasingly large position and role of the Trade Union organization in the political system, especially at the grassroots level, in the context of the country entering a new stage of development.
At the Congress, Mr. To Hong Nguyen - Chairman of the Inspection Committee (IC) of the Gia Lai Provincial Federation of Labor (LDLD) - announced the decision to appoint the Executive Committee, Standing Committee, IC and key positions of the Hoai Nhon Nam Ward Trade Union, term I, 2025-2030.
Accordingly, Mr. Le Duc Toan - Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the ward, Chairman of the Hoai Nhon Nam Ward Trade Union, term 2023-2028 - was appointed to hold the position of Chairman of the Hoai Nhon Nam Ward Trade Union, term 2025-2030.
The Ward Trade Union Executive Committee consists of 12 people; Standing Committee of 2 people; Inspection Committee of 3 people, Ms. Ho Thi My Dieu - a union member of the Bong Son People's Credit Fund Trade Union - was appointed to hold the position of Deputy Head of the Ward Trade Union Inspection Committee.
Speaking at the Congress, Ms. Nguyen Thi Bich Thuy - Permanent Vice President of the Gia Lai Provincial Federation of Labor - sent her congratulations to the comrades in the Executive Committee and all members and employees of Hoai Nhon Nam Ward.
Ms. Thuy highly appreciated the sense of responsibility, solidarity and proactiveness of the Ward Union in organizing and implementing activities according to the new model; especially the work of guiding and urging the organization of the Congress for 35 grassroots unions in Hoai Nhon Nam ward and 7 neighboring communes and wards.
Ms. Thuy also agreed with the key goals, tasks, breakthroughs and main solutions set by the Hoai Nhon Nam Ward Trade Union in the new term.
She suggested that the Ward Trade Union Executive Committee and its affiliated Trade Unions soon concretize the Congress Resolution into plans and action programs suitable to reality; increase the application of information technology, digital transformation in management and propaganda, build a modern, flexible and close image of the Trade Union organization to members and employees.
"With the new spirit of the Congress and the motto of Solidarity - Democracy - Discipline - Innovation - Development, I believe that the Ward Union Executive Committee and all union members and employees will continue to unite, take advantage of opportunities, overcome difficulties, successfully implement the Congress Resolution, contribute to building Hoai Nhon Nam ward and neighboring localities to develop quickly and sustainably; together with Gia Lai province and the whole country, enter an era of strong and prosperous development," Ms. Thuy expressed.
