The Vinh Long Provincial Federation of Labor (VFF) said that the Provincial Federation of Labor chose the Trade Union of Con Phung Tourism and Trade Services Company Limited as the organizer of the Congress, drawing experience in preparing, towards the 1st Provincial Trade Union Congress, term 20252030
The Congress is scheduled to be held on October 8 at Con Phung Tourism and Trade Service Company Limited (according to Plan No. 20/KH-LDLD dated September 12 of the Provincial Federation of Labor on organizing the grassroots Trade Union Congress and the 1st Provincial Trade Union Congress.
The Congress of the Con Phung Company's Trade Union is the 6th Congress, term 2025 - 2030, with the participation of the Provincial Federation of Labor Standing Committee, Deputy Comrades of the Trade Union Work Committee and officials of the Provincial Federation of Labor.
The Congress took place with the main contents: reporting on the results of activities for the 2023-2028 term, reporting on the review of the Executive Committee, synthesizing comments and contributions to documents of the First Provincial Trade Union Congress, discussing and electing the Executive Committee and the Inspection Committee for the new term.
This is an opportunity for union officials to exchange experiences, learn how to organize the Congress, as well as strengthen the connection between businesses and trade union organizations.
In addition to the main contents, the Congress also takes time for union members to share innovative ideas, propose solutions to improve the effectiveness of caring for workers' lives, creating a democratic and enthusiastic atmosphere for all delegates.
