On August 15, the Dak Lak Provincial Labor Federation (LĐLĐ) said that the Standing Committee of the Provincial LĐLĐ has just launched a comprehensive inspection and supervision of the activities of trade unions at all levels in the province in the period 2025 - 2026.
The content of inspection and supervision focuses on complying with the Charter of the Vietnam Trade Union; developing and implementing the 2025 work program and plan; concretizing and organizing the implementation of goals, targets, and tasks according to the Resolution of the Trade Union Congresses at all levels.
In addition, the inspection team focused on assessing the actual implementation of activities to care for and protect the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of union members and workers at the grassroots level.
Along with that, the Provincial Labor Federation Inspection Committee conducted inspections of the development and implementation of inspection and supervision plans of the Trade Union Inspection Committee directly above the grassroots level; the work of receiving union members and resolving complaints and denunciations from workers.
In the field of financial management and trade union assets, the inspection team focused on the situation of revenue, expenditure and financial distribution; compliance with accounting regulations, management of documents, books, storage of documents; application of accounting software and implementation of financial disclosure according to regulations.
The inspection and supervision period is from July 1, 2025 to June 30, 2026.
Mr. Nguyen Phu Lap - Vice Chairman of Dak Lak Provincial Labor Federation - said that through actual inspection, most units have promoted the spirit of proactiveness, closely following reality to organize appropriate activities, and at the same time strictly comply with regulations on financial management and trade union assets.
According to Mr. Lap, the inspection not only helps the Provincial Labor Federation to assess the actual worker movement and trade union activities at the grassroots level, point out the advantages to promote, the limitations to overcome, but is also an important basis to continue to improve mechanisms and policies, contributing to improving the quality and efficiency of trade union activities in the new situation.
