On April 22, the Dak Lak Provincial Federation of Labor informed that in the first quarter of 2025, trade unions at all levels in the province have mobilized the establishment of 11 grassroots trade unions, admitting 565 new union members.
Accordingly, in February 2025, the Provincial Industry and Trade Trade Union announced the decision to establish the My Viet International Group Joint Stock Company's grassroots union. At the same time, 32 union members were admitted to the Vietnam Trade Union. This is a business operating in Hoa Phu Industrial Park (Buon Ma Thuot city).
In addition, the Provincial Federation of Labor also implemented a plan to launch patriotic emulation among cadres, union members, and workers and held a conference to launch the emulation movement in 2025.
The Standing Committee of the Provincial Federation of Labor is guiding and directing trade unions at all levels to coordinate with professional collaborators at the same level to implement the Grassroots Democracy Regulations; implement the Month of Action on Occupational Safety and Hygiene and the Workers' Month in 2025.
Trade unions at all levels strengthen the grasp of the situation of labor, life, and employment; supervise the implementation of labor laws, especially social insurance, shift meal quality, food safety, etc.
Thereby, promptly resolving workers' recommendations, contributing to stabilizing production, ensuring the rights of workers, civil servants, and laborers.
