On the morning of December 24, the Da Nang City Labor Federation visited and presented gifts to businesses with employees working during the Lunar New Year 2025.
Leaders of the Da Nang City Labor Federation and Mr. Le Van Trung - Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Da Nang City visited and presented gifts at Deo Ca Transport Infrastructure Investment Joint Stock Company, Km11+500 of the road leading to the South of Hai Van Tunnel (Lien Chieu District).
Here, Mr. Ngo Truong Nam - Deputy General Director of the Executive Board of Deo Ca Transport Infrastructure Investment Joint Stock Company said that the company has arranged workers to be on duty at the construction sites of the projects, completing the construction of key projects as required, besides ensuring the safety of workers working at the construction sites during the Tet holiday.
“For the construction site workers, over the years, we have ensured full implementation of welfare regimes, including 13th month salary and even 1st month salary. During the Tet holiday, the company has developed specific programs and plans to best care for the lives of workers and their families during the Tet holiday. We not only ensure Tet bonuses, but also organize activities to visit, encourage and support workers’ families, demonstrating the company’s deep concern and sharing,” said Mr. Nam.
Along with that, the Da Nang City Labor Federation also visited and presented gifts at Rubbersoul Viet Nam Co., Ltd. (Lien Chieu district).
At the units, Mr. Le Van Trung - Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Da Nang City sent New Year greetings to businesses, as well as acknowledged the efforts of businesses in business and production activities; highly appreciated the activities and policies to care for the lives of workers.
The City Labor Federation’s visit and gift-giving activities every Tet holiday are one of the activities to care for the material and spiritual life of workers, laborers as well as businesses. Thereby, encouraging and motivating workers and laborers to complete their assigned tasks well, and to celebrate Tet more fully and warmly.
