On January 25, Mr. Phan Van Men - Director of Hanoi Social Insurance said that Hanoi Social Insurance requested health insurance medical examination and treatment facilities to ensure the rights of people with health insurance cards to come for medical examination and treatment, especially during the Lunar New Year 2025 in accordance with the provisions of Law No. 51/2024/QH15, Decree No. 02/2025/ND-CP and Circular No. 1/2025/TT-BYT.
According to the leader of Hanoi Social Insurance, if any problems arise during the implementation process, the medical examination and treatment facilities are requested to contact the appraiser assigned by the City Social Insurance to be in charge of the medical examination and treatment facility to coordinate in promptly resolving difficulties and problems, ensuring the rights of health insurance patients. For medical examination and treatment facilities with which the district, county, and town Social Insurance has signed a contract for health insurance examination and treatment, the district, county, and town Social Insurance is responsible for notifying the medical examination and treatment facility of the name and phone number of the appraiser to promptly coordinate in resolving difficulties and problems arising in the process of ensuring the rights of patients.
