    Hai Phong - On the morning of July 15, the City Labor Federation announced the decision to establish 28 commune, ward and special zone trade unions.

    According to the guidance of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, communes and wards with developed industry and services, many union members, and potential for socio-economic development, with 1,500 union members and 10 grassroots unions and grassroots unions, will establish commune unions. Based on this guidance, the Hai Phong City Labor Federation established 28 commune, ward and special zone trade unions:
