From objective and reasonable feedback from the press, Quang Tri Provincial People's Committee and state management agencies quickly got involved and proposed specific solutions.
The handling results have brought great joy to workers. In the case of female workers owing social insurance benefits, after the reflection of Lao Dong Newspaper, functional agencies intervened, helping female workers in private schools to resolve maternity benefits after a long wait.
The joy also spread to schools when teachers teaching disabled children in Quang Tri received benefits after the reflection of Lao Dong Newspaper. This timely intervention helps them have more motivation to stick to class and take care of disadvantaged students.
The strong systemic movement continued to be recorded when the Department of Home Affairs and localities opened a review council, helping "After many years of waiting, Quang Tri library staff were considered for promotion". Quang Tri Provincial People's Committee quickly approved and decided "Spend nearly 7 billion VND to pay regional allowance debts to officials and teachers in Quang Tri", definitively resolving the rights of thousands of officials and teachers in mountainous areas. For the medical sector, financial procedures were also cleared to "Resolve regimes for 64 doctors and nurses in Quang Tri who are owed training regimes".
