Ms. Phuong suffered a severe stroke, paralyzed in half, and is currently being actively treated at the Traditional Medicine Hospital, Ministry of Public Security.
Union member Bui Duy Cuong, born in 1992, staff member of the Department of Pharmacy and Drug Preparation, Traditional Medicine Hospital of the Ministry of Public Security. Mr. Cuong has salivary gland cancer manifesting in the dome, currently being treated at the Traditional Medicine Hospital of the Ministry of Public Security.
