Do better in taking care of union members and workers
Mr. Nguyen Hai Long - Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, Chairman of the Ninh Binh Provincial Labor Federation - said that in the Workers' Month and Action Month for Occupational Safety and Health in 2026, Trade Union levels in the province will focus on effectively implementing a number of contents, suitable to the actual situation of each locality, unit, and enterprise.
In which, the focus is on continuing to do better in taking care of the material and spiritual life of union members and workers. Organizing activities to visit and give gifts to union members and workers in difficult circumstances, suffering from occupational diseases, and work accidents. At the same time, organizing "trade union meals" to improve the quality of lunch meals and coordinate periodic health check-ups for workers. In addition, organizing cultural and sports activities to create a lively emulation atmosphere among workers.

Strengthen coordination with levels, sectors and employers in ensuring OSH. Deploy specific action programs to prevent labor accidents, occupational diseases and improve working conditions for workers.
For grassroots trade unions, we request to promote the motto "Each grassroots trade union, one union member's benefit", in Workers' Month and Action Month on Occupational Safety and Health in 2026, the Executive Committee of grassroots trade unions coordinates with employers to select and organize at least one practical activity to care for the material and spiritual life of union members and employees.
