Regarding recruitment needs according to income level: The salary level from 15 million VND/month or more has 14,910 targets; the salary level from 10 - 15 million VND/month has 15,866 targets; the salary level from 7 - 10 million VND/month has 18,734 targets; the salary level from 5 - 7 million VND/month has 14,761 targets; the salary according to the agreement has 21,206 targets.

Regarding recruitment needs by age group: The age group from 18 to 25 has 31,778 targets; the age group from 26 to 34 has 28,927 targets; the age group from 35 and over has 24,772 targets.

The private recruitment demand in Hanoi has 27 participating units with 1,183 targets. The demand for recruitment of workers with college and university degrees or higher is 412/1,182 targets, accounting for 34.9%; the demand for recruitment of workers with intermediate level qualifications, technical workers is 458/1,182 targets, accounting for 38.7%; the demand for recruitment of workers with unskilled labor qualifications is 312/1,182 targets, accounting for 26.4%.

"In which, the company's sales staff position needs to recruit 15 employees. We hope to recruit candidates with experience in sales and customer care. If candidates do not have experience, or even are new graduates, we are ready to retrain them. The position of sales staff has a salary of 12-15 million VND/month, said Ms. Kim Nguyen.
