Quang Ninh - On the afternoon of November 22, the Provincial Labor Federation and Ha Long City held a conference to evaluate and sign a collective labor agreement for a group of tourism and service enterprises.

The collective labor agreement for the 2024-2027 period has the participation of 20 tourism and service enterprises in Ha Long City, including the cruise ship, service and hotel business sectors, to ensure the rights of more than 3,400 union members and employees.

The main agreed contents include salary, bonus, allowance, insurance, hardship allowance, working conditions, labor safety...

Businesses expect the agreement not only to help workers feel secure at work but also to contribute to building corporate culture, enhancing the value of the tourism industry, limiting labor migration, and creating stability for the tourism and service industry in Ha Long City.

Although tourism and service activities have been fully restored, due to the impact of Typhoon Yagi, many workers have suffered heavy damage to their homes and property.

Since the launch of the Ha Long City Labor Federation, 6,700 union members and workers have received support from unions at all levels and businesses, with a total amount of over 9 billion VND.

At the conference, businesses shared solutions to improve the quality of agreement implementation, aiming at sustainable development of local tourism and services.
