For more than 1 month, businesses have been urgently looking for workers through online recruitment channels, internal recruitment to meet export orders from the US, Korea and the European region. The number of recruits is about 500 unskilled workers. This is considered a large-scale labor recruitment wave since the COVID-19 epidemic of this business.

Representatives of the Company's Administrative - Human Resources Department said that to encourage applicants, after signing labor contracts, the company directly rewards salary from 3-8 million VND/person according to the level of skill assessment.

Commit to a minimum income level in the first 3 months for unskilled workers of 7 million VND/person/month and a level of 8.5 million VND/person/month for skilled people. In particular, from January 1, 2026, official workers will be immediately rewarded by the company with a share certificate worth 10 million VND. At the same time, reward the 13th month's salary for new workers with a minimum of 1 million VND/person; old workers returning to work are preserved the previous working months, as a basis for calculating Tet bonuses.

Will promote the organization of job transaction sessions

Not only the general labor group, the thirst for skilled and experienced labor takes place in the production sector in the last months of the year in Bac Ninh when orders rise, businesses have to race to find many ways to attract labor.

The human resources director of a battery manufacturing enterprise in Bac Ninh said that in the past time, to serve the expansion needs of the factory, the unit had to urgently search for 150 technical workers.

After a month of applying all forms, from hot bonuses to livestreams on social networks, they only recruited 40% of the demand, which is about 60 people. In particular, candidates with technical skills, team leaders, and foreign language proficiency almost did not receive candidates.

Bac Ninh Employment Service Center said that after the merger, the recruitment demand in the last 6 months of 2025 reached 191,000 workers. After Tet, the recruitment volume continued to be vibrant due to scale expansion, compensating for fluctuating human resources.

To stabilize labor supply and demand, representatives of the leadership of the Department of Home Affairs of Bac Ninh province informed that the unit will promote the organization of thematic job transaction sessions, support businesses to access on-the-spot labor and neighboring localities; and connect businesses and vocational education institutions to link training, meeting practical needs.
