Employees are rewarded with entry skills for tailors from 1-3 million VND. The company also has benefits for new members from 500,000 VND to 2 million VND. In addition, the company also rewards depending on the skill position and work performance monthly.

Currently, the company's human resources department has arranged tables and chairs in front of the company to welcome workers to apply.
Workers can submit applications and interviews from 8am - 11am in the morning, and in the afternoon from 1:10pm - 3pm at the company.
