On May 1st, Mr. Dao Quang Tho - Human Resources Director of Asia Asia Door Technology Co., Ltd. (Tan Hiep ward, Ho Chi Minh City) said that after the ceremony, the enterprise will reorganize production sooner than other enterprises.

From May 2nd, the factory will open to welcome workers to return to work normally. The earlier resumption of production is to ensure completion of orders for customers. At the same time, maintain the pace of work and stable income for workers.

According to the company's grassroots trade union (CĐCS), during this holiday, employees have 3 consecutive days off. Before the holiday, the CĐCS coordinated with the company to organize sports festivals and award ceremonies to more than 1,000 workers. The activities aim to create a joyful and exciting atmosphere for union members. Thereby, taking care of the material and spiritual life of employees.

The company organizes operations 2 days earlier to make efforts to meet the progress of orders" - a company representative said.

According to records, during the holidays, some businesses in Ho Chi Minh City still maintain production. At My Phuoc 3 industrial park (Thoi Hoa ward), workers at a car tire factory work throughout the holidays. "Due to the specific characteristics of the business, the production line runs continuously, requiring workers to be present to operate machinery. Working on holidays, I get paid 3 times the normal day by the company, so workers are also very excited" - Mr. Nguyen Van Sang (38 years old, from Nghe An) shared.

At Dat Cuoc industrial park (Bac Tan Uyen commune), the steel production company also maintains production on holidays. Mr. Nguyen Van Hau shared: "Our workers are still working normally to maintain the operation of the production line. Working during these holidays, we are paid by the company according to regulations. We are very happy to have additional income" - Mr. Nguyen Van Hau (46 years old, from Hung Yen) shared.
