Attending and directing the Congress, on the side of the Vietnam Electricity Trade Union, there was Ms. Nguyen Kim Thanh - Vice President, and representatives of the Vietnam Electricity Trade Union Committees. On EVNEIC's side, there was Ms. Dinh Thi Bao Ngoc - Party Cell Secretary, Director of the Center.
During the past term (2023 - 2025), the Trade Union of the Power Communications and Information Center has promoted the spirit of solidarity of employees, contributing to helping the Center achieve and exceed the targets assigned by the Group. The key activity is to represent and protect the legitimate and legal rights and interests of employees, ensure stable jobs and improve workers' lives. The trade union has coordinated to organize an annual labor conference at a rate of 100%, ensuring publicity and democracy in the unit.
The bright spot of EVNEIC Trade Union is that it has coordinated with the profession, organized many emulation movements associated with professional reality at the unit such as: Emulation "Successfully performing the task of the year"; "EIC in me", "Good communication and information products", "Administrative reform ideas", "Innovation in human resource training and development of EIC"...
With the motto "Innovation, democracy, solidarity, responsibility", the 10th EVNEIC Trade Union Congress agreed on the core goal of continuing to be stable and innovative in organization; innovating the content and methods of operation to build a stronger team of employees and trade union organizations; creating a strong change in action, contributing to building an increasingly developed Center, ensuring jobs and lives for workers.
At the Congress, Ms. Nguyen Kim Thanh - Vice President of Vietnam Electricity Trade Union emphasized that in the context of many challenges, the Central Trade Union has made efforts to overcome difficulties, accompanying the Group's profession to effectively implement the Group's communication tasks, spreading good information and beautiful images of electricity workers.
In the coming period, EVN will carry out important tasks in energy transition, green transformation, digital transformation, restructuring operations... With its role as a communication and information unit of the Group, EVNEIC Trade Union needs to innovate more strongly and professionally to meet new requirements.
Comrade Nguyen Kim Thanh requested EVNEIC Trade Union to focus on 6 key groups of tasks: Improving the quality of propaganda - mastering digital media; better representing and caring for workers' rights; innovating emulation movements associated with professional tasks; building a professional and digital technology-smart EVN communication team; promoting Party building - protecting the ideological foundation; innovating union methods - taking union members as the center.
The Congress elected members to the Executive Committee of the Trade Union of the Power Communications and Information Center, term X, 2025 - 2030.
The Executive Committee of the Trade Union of the Power Center for Communications and Information, term X, session I elected the Chairman and Vice Chairman of the Power Center for Communications and Information Trade Union, term 2025 - 2030.
The Congress also elected 1 official delegate and 1 alternate delegate to attend the 7th Congress of the Vietnam Electricity Trade Union, term 2025 - 2030.
The Congress also awarded collectives and individuals with outstanding achievements in Trade Union work for the 2023 - 2025 term.
