In the 2023 - 2028 term, the Trade Union of furukawa Automotive systems Vinh Long Vietnam Co., Ltd. (FAVV) promoted its role as a representative and protection of the legitimate rights and interests of workers, leaving many clear impressions. Notably, it has achieved and exceeded 10/11 targets set by the Congress Resolution, in which 100% of workers are eligible to join the Trade Union. The Trade Union proactively negotiates with the Board of Directors, raising 14 contents of the Collective Labor Agreement higher than the law, helping workers enjoy practical rights. Average income reached 8.83 million VND/month, an increase of more than 1 million VND compared to the beginning of the term.
The work of caring for life and welfare has been implemented synchronously and substantially. The rate of 100% of union members receiving direct benefits from the programs of the Union and the company is a clear demonstration. Every year, the Trade Union organizes "Tet Sum Vay", gives Tet gifts to 1,455 union members (517 million VND), supports Tet gifts for workers returning to their hometowns (3.44 billion VND), awards scholarships, Mid-Autumn Festival gifts, birthday gifts, periodic health check-ups, travel, and learning to drive A1. The total cost of care exceeds 10 billion VND, demonstrating the support of the Trade Union in each stage of business development.
The emulation movements "Good workers - Creative workers", "Green - clean - beautiful, ensuring occupational safety and health" were widely launched, attracting a large number of union members to participate. The Women's Union attracts 98% of female union members to participate, becoming a core force in social activities.
