The congress was attended by leaders of the Quang Ninh Provincial Labor Federation, the Trade Union of the Vietnam National Coal and Mineral Industries Group (TKV); Party Secretary, Company Director and more than 187 official delegates.
In the period of 2023-2025, the Trade Union of Ha Long Coal Company has closely coordinated with the professional in performing production and business tasks, contributing to stabilizing jobs and increasing workers' income.
As of October 2025, the average income of workers reached over 22 million VND/person/month.
The Company pays special attention to caring for and improving working conditions. In the past 3 years, many items of equipment investment, mechanical and production modernization have been implemented, such as: installing systems for transporting people and materials; replacing all technology of exploiting the XDY anti-priced market with the ZH1800 framework market to improve labor safety; installing 5 monorail routes for transporting people, materials and equipment; 2 supporting winch systems; 1 cable car winch system; the winch winch system with a subsidy level of +35/500 under the Khe Cham II-IV Mining tunnel Exploitation Project.
The company has also invested 3.5 billion VND to replace all beds, blankets, gas stations, pillows, and cushions, ensuring amenities for workers and arranging stable accommodation in the apartment for 812 people.
For the 2025-2030 term, the Ha Long Coal Company Trade Union strives to successfully implement the targets and resolutions of the congress, improve the effectiveness of the emulation movement in production and business and build a strong trade union organization.
On this occasion, TKV Trade Union presented the "For the cause of building the Vietnam Trade Union organization" medal to 3 outstanding leaders and union officials of the company.
