On July 9, the Labor Federation (LĐLĐ) of Nghe An province said that the Provincial Labor Culture House coordinated with the grassroots Trade Union of Viet Glory Co., Ltd. to organize a dialogue conference between business leaders and employees.
At the conference, union members and workers frankly raised many opinions and recommendations related to salaries, bonuses, social insurance, health insurance, unemployment insurance, working hours, rest hours, working conditions and occupational safety and hygiene.
In addition, workers also proposed that businesses and trade union organizations continue to strengthen activities to care for and visit union members in difficult circumstances, and expand welfare programs to improve the material and spiritual life of workers.
Opinions and recommendations have been directly listened to, answered, and received by representatives of the Nghe An Provincial Labor Federation, Nghe An Provincial Social Insurance, business leaders and the Executive Committee of the grassroots Trade Union. Thereby contributing to ensuring the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of workers, and building harmonious, stable, and progressive labor relations in enterprises.
The dialogue conference is a practical activity, promoting the role of the Trade Union organization in representing, caring for, and protecting the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of union members and workers, while strengthening the connection between businesses and workers.
